B Well: Change One Thing

A few weeks into the new year.. this is when it gets tough to keep your resolutions, right?  I heard someone say they’ve followed the “change one thing” strategy for keeping their resolution to lose weight.  Here’s how it works…

Write down 5 changes you’d like to make.  Pick one that you think you’ll be able to abide by most easily.  Then once you do it for a few weeks, move on to the next thing you want to change.

I think breaking it down like that might help me.  How about you?  How you doing on your resolutions?
