Wanted: Healthy Super Bowl Recipes

The Super Bowl could be a day that I use as an excuse to binge on processed junk/awesomeness.  Instead this year I’m trying to find healthier things to serve.  Yes I realize this is further evidence that I’m a control freak, but I found healthy recipes and then assigned my Super Bowl party guests to make them.  Don’t judge me.

I’ll be providing beverages (light beer or vodka tonics…made with diet tonic).  I’m also serving shrimp cocktail (w/ St. Elmo’s sauce)…it’s easy…it’s lo-cal..which makes it a no-brainer.

I’m also making these Healthier Hot Wings.

Someone is bringing a veggie tray with a lo-cal dill dip and this Healthier 7 Layer Dip.

Got any other healthy (or healthier) things I could serve at my Super Bowl Party?  Specifically I’m in need of a healthy dessert.  I’ve never actually had one, but I’ve heard rumors they exist.. I mean I’ve read about them in magazines.
