Saw this thing that said it helps regulate the sensation of feeling full after eating.  There’s research that showed people who ate even low fat foods containing olive oil were fuller longer than those who ate low fat foods without it.

    Aw man! I was gonna guess spinach at first judging by the pic of Popeye. Ha! I eat spinach everyday in salads and on sandwiches. Now, I gotta start cooking more Italian so I can use more olive oil. :)
