    Those sound utterly awesome!

Me? I’m more famous for eating than making food. Used to make a killer stuffed manicotti (made plain cheese, spinach and cheese, and beef and cheese with my own slow cooker sauce). I also made my own alfredo sauce and made a pretty good seafood fettuccini. I haven’t made either since they’re not WW friendly really. That, and my mom’s VERY allergic to any seafood, so I don’t eat it much unless I get a frozen lunch or out to eat (cries).
