K Cup Crisis

If you use K Cups, you should know selection is about to get very limited and very expensive!

There are reports that Keurig’s parent company is being sued for creating anti-competitive exclusive licensing agreements that would essentially block other companies from making K Cups.  So, moving forward the next generation Keurig machines will only work with “licensed” K Cups.

If companies decide to pay the licensing fee to Keurig, you can bet they’ll pass that expense on to you.

More here.

Now please enjoy this photo of the Keurig machine and organized piles on my desk…

One Response to K Cup Crisis

I was actually looking at buying a Kuerig machine. After reading this, I just changed my mind. When a company becomes that “exclusive” and that bent on sticking it to the consumer, I’d sooner keep my money. it’s the principle of the matter.
