Marinating Your Meat In Beer Can Save Your Life

Yep — a recent study says soaking your meat in beer can reduce levels of potentially cancerous substances in grilled meats.

After marinating for 4 hours, the PAH (carcinogens known to form on meat when grilled at very high temperatures) levels were reduced by half!

You don’t have to tell me twice.
